Hi I’m David or Coach Gilbert I’m a current athlete for the National Arena League Champion 2023 Jacksonville Sharks. I am a certified football position coach, strength trainer and speed performance coach.Before I started training I was a Pro football player for the Tennessee Titans after 5 years of college at University of Miami and UW-Madison. I have been putting athletes in college since 2017. I am an ISSA certified expert trainer on different surfaces , weight room exercise TRX and Olympic lifts I also have access to nutritionists and fitness apparel . I am a father of three little boys age 9,8 and 7 months. We start training at age 5 m

Here at Raw Sports Academy, we train clients from the age 5 - to adulthood. We specialize in agility and core workouts using Basketball, Football, Soccer, Baseball and Swimming as the sports of choice. Not only do we train, but we invest our time and energy in our clients daily life. We're not just coaches, we're life coaches and we want to help you become the best you. I really enjoy working with the kids. The joy they express when learning a new skill gives me positive energy. I also love breaking down film with the high school athletes. My name is Coach Clark, I have played and taught Baseball, Football, Surfing, and Golf. I am an Athelete, and love being a part of competition, and more importantly the joy of competing. I teach the basics to the highest levals. My main tool is roughtine based through music to engrain muscle memory. The key to success in any sport is learning the rite positions and then Engraining them. It's fun, it's easy and it lasts a lifetime .
