I have coached tennis for over 40 years, nationally and internationally. I spent 3 years in Hong Kong and 12 years in Japan. My specialty is diagnosing and solving problems in techniques and getting players ready for competition while having fun. I emphasize footwork, balance and spacing, and a complete game. I also am a believer in giving 100 percent effort and controlling emotions to optimize wellbeing and results. Focusing
on the task at hand and doing the right things on court takes the pressure off, and results in confidence and success as a person and a player. Winning will come naturally and doesn’t need to be the main focus.

Tim helped improve my game and my strokes. He was patient and understanding in his method of teaching. As the head of our club and captain of one of our teams I can say he helped the teams perform better by teaching strategies as well as improvement of stroking and placement. Many of our team members never came out for drills etc prior to Tim. They now tried to never miss a clinic. In the 12 seasons I have led the club and teams Tim has been the best pro we have had.
