High Performance Coach, Trainer & Evangelist
About
Greetings! My focus is 100% on the student. It is my priority to ensure they feel like they are getting the attention they need to adhere to their specific goals. If the student is not clear on their goals, I will help to set definitive and crystal clear goals (if you want), while creating a strategic plan with actionable items to show a doable roadmap to achieve whatever goal you might have! Once you can see that your imagination is your imaginary "sky", you can surpass the impossible, be the best and become a true WINNER! You can have the best ship, but you will drift around forever if you don't have a highly specific and niche goal. I'm also very cool with playing for fun and not being so cut throat when it comes to athleticism and high performance training. There is a time and place for everything. I am very tuned into the mental, psychological, spiritual, energy fields, and hyperintelligences to tune one's conscious presence to become that which they seek. I set clear goals with my students on a realistic timeline that allows them to feel as though they can go step by step to achieve their most audacious dreams and goals. I am passionate about strength and conditioning, cardiovascular fitness, endurance training, calisthenics, weight training, tennis, basketball, squash, blockchain, cryptocurrencies, information technology, exponential thinking, and the singularity. I have over 5 years of experience training people in tennis, squash and strength & conditioning. I have a lot of experience with private lessons in tennis at various country clubs in Chicago & Illinois, group lessons to children of all ages and adults of all ages and walks of life from high tier executives to someone who is training for a tournament with and/or without a prize (money/some type of trophy).
Personally, I played in dozens of USTA Tournaments from the age of 12-16 in the Midwest. I competed in many Squash tournaments in the Midwest and East Coast. I co-founded the Squash team at Latin, was the Captain of the Varsity Team, while I was there the team was able to compete in the national tournament (I stepped off the team so I could compete in more competitive tournaments), and I was the #1 ranked Junior in Illinois. I have always been into fitness. I got more into strength training, conditioning, running, swimming, and calisthenics when I was 15 as I had the dream of becoming a Navy Seal when I turned 18 or 19. The summer after my freshman year at Wesleyan University is when I got serious about strength training (weight lifting), calisthenics, and then endurance training (15 miles a day on the stationary bike at the gym). I started training 2 a days (3 hours of strength training) plus at least 10-15 miles on the bike every day. It didn't become an obsession. It became my identity and the program always running in the background.
I have exercise bands with various weights (40-90 lbs) that I am happy to share with my students while we train together.
I love being in flow, and sports and training always allow me to turn my mind off so to speak and enter into a new, higher state of awareness/consciousness where I feel at one with life and what is. BY doing so, I become hyperaware, a switch turns on, and I turn into a ninja that can adapt and malleate myself into various forms of physical and mental constructs such as the correct footwork, posture, stance, form, swing, follow through, stroke, tension, release, etc.
