What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I ask the student about their golf game generally, and from their responses, determine a plan of improvement involving practice drills, stance consistency and improved understanding
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Training with the PGA in many forms, involving hours of formal credits, as well as training and discussion with fellow teaching golf professionals.

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Look for formal training, training with succesful teachers, and experience
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
I will ask initial questions, and based on those responses, ask follow up questions. Just give honest answers, such as - how often you can practice - can you practice swinging in your backyard, etc.
