I have 30+ years of Percussion Perfomance experience along with 20 years experience giving private lessons and Clinics all over the country and overseas from Florida to Los Angeles & Metro Manila in the Philippines.
I enjoy sharing my experience and knowledge with drummers of all backgrounds and experience level, and take immense pride in watching my students grow and improve in their craft!

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I like to see where their at first(how much experience if any), and then consult with them and come up with a lesson plan.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Honors Degree through Musicians Institute, and Studied Percussion at the University of Florida.
What types of students have you worked with?
Almost all ages ranging from 6-60 years old with all kinds of experience from beginning to advanced.

What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Do you know and can you teach all the basic Drum Rudiments? Can you read any type of percussion music and charts and teach how to read those? Do you have experience playing concerts/gigs, and can you prepare me for those?
