Do your homework. Not all studios are alike. Bad habits are very hard to break and you want to make sure you are being taught correctly. This is hard to do but, take your time and research a little.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
What goal they want to achieve. Ask about what each style of dance is like. Make sure it is what your looking for.
