We had an amazing experience! Vivianne was super knowledgable and took us to where all the locals go! It felt great being a part of such an exciting experience. We would recommend anyone coming to Miami to do this tour. We did the wynwood beer tour and were excited to do her calle ocho tour as well! :)

I loved the walking beer tour! It’s cool to do with a bunch of friends. I like that I don’t have to worry about driving to the places and you get to see interesting colorful artwork along the way. The tour gives you a nice base of the local breweries and even some craft beer history and fun facts with a great tour guide!

Fun doesnt begin to describe this tour and dance lesson. You learn the basic steps to salsa (even when you have no rhythm) and then you get to go eat amazing food, meet some locals and learn about Little Havana with Vivianne. She makes you feel so comfortable you want to dance when youre with her!

    Frequently asked questions

I like to first give a short history on the origins of salsa. We learn how to count to the beat of the music. I then like to provide a playlist after our basic introductory class so that the student gets his/her ear accustumed to the psychedelic beats of the Salsa music. Truly you will fall in love with the experience I offer. I love teaching others specially if they have interest.

I taught with Salsa Mia in Miami at the famous Mangoes for one year. A busy tourist latin spot that offered dinner and a class type packages. I then opened my own little tour company because I loved it so much. I have been doing tours for three years now along with teaching a salsa class as part of the experience. I am in Orlando, Meadow Woods area. As you know Orlando is full of tolls and great distances. I prefer to sell packages as you get more bang for the buck? I think that's how that saying goes :) Hourly rates start at $150 per couple. Package of (4 classes) start at $60 per class for 1 or 2 people.

At Mangoes Latin Cafe with Salsa Mia Inc.

I worked with two left feet, Intermediate dancers, Professionals but mostly tourists.

I am fond of sharing through cultural experiences hence why I curated different tours inclusive of salsa dance classes in Miami. Looking to expand in Orlando. This is a work in progress.

What are your goals? Are you looking to learn in two days? Because that will not happen!  We give you the material and it's up to you to take time out of your busy days to practice on your own. Also, patience. You must have patience. As always, you must like your instructor. Not everyones energy will match and sometimes we have certain expectations on how fast we can learn and become annoyed quickly. Define your goals, come in with a drive to learn and we will have fun.

What style do they want to learn? There are three different styles. I teach on1. There's also cuban style called casino or rueda and lastly there is salsa dancing on2. These are all based on the beat of the music and type of songs etc.. So there goes my first lesson :) 2. Are you getting ready for a special event? 3 if yes, you might want to consider a package.
