I found out early in my professional career that I had a knack for evaluating and then fixing flaws in people's swing

Coming in second place in a 2 man event where I was able to step up to the plate and produce winning shots over and over again
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Just make sure the instructor is passionate of the game and is willing to put their ego aside and focus on the students need
