Identify what base and knowledge they have and then improve and build up from there.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a competitor since 2009, in 2012 I went to south africa to represent the US in an international championship, I have been teaching in kids summer school ages 4-15, working with a future LPGA competitor, helped out from beginners to advanced level players.
