What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I will demonstrate but im more so of having the student be hands on i feel thats its a better way of them getting the feel to how cooking really gets done.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from Le Cordon Bleu of culinary arts, i have over 15 years of experience in the culinary field. i am certified to handle food.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Yes i charge a fee starting from $25 an hour, travel fee is included as well.
How did you get started teaching?
Basically most of my client that I have cooked for suggested that I start teaching so I figured with all this experience why not
What types of students have you worked with?
I mainly work with beginner students adults and kids depending on the class I'm teaching
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
My vegan/ vegetarian tasting. I must say it was truely a success everyone loved the food and even people who never expected themselves eating vegan meals love the food.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Make sure u find someone who knows how to cook. Yes the chef may have good presentation but flavor is key.
