I am a Professional Soccer player, and a Certified Health and Wellness/Life Coach.

I played soccer at a Division 1 University level and currently play professionally. I have playing experience in Spain, Germany, and England. I provide soccer coaching and speed coaching to enhance speed, tactical, and technical abilities, but also to mimic game-like movements to improve their skills and take them to the next level.
