Lorna's classes are fantastic! She has the best recipes and she keeps your attention throughout her class. I can't wait to attend another of her classes. They are fun and everyone has a great time! Book early though. They fill up fast!!!

What is your typical process for working with a new student?

Come to a group class, enjoy the food, the drinks and the laughs and then we can see if private or online classes will work best for you.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Restaurant owner for 7 years, The Metro Grille in Stuart

Ooo La La Catering for 14 years  in Stuart

Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.

Most of our group classes start at $40 a person, our private lessons are $150 an hour and online classes are $15.00

How did you get started teaching?

I had so many guests come up to me at catering events saying they are nervous to cook , they didn't know where to start and even when they did cook, it never tasted good... I feel the need to share my talents and discoveries with my clients.. I want everyone to be able to Fook ( fun while cooking)

What types of students have you worked with?

All types!

Describe a recent event you are fond of.

I just ran into one of my former students and she explained that she learned so much and still adds wine to her pasta water and cream when it comes out.. she was beaming as her family now loves her pasta dishes!

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?

Make sure they have some sort of professional background.
