Freelance Latin Dancing Lessons (Salsa And Bachata)

Freelance Latin Dancing Lessons (Salsa And Bachata)

5.0 2 Reviews
I am a freelance dancer teacher, willing to meet with students who are unable to commit to paying for traditional studio classes or have irregular schedules. I provide one-on-one services, designed for those who may feel lost or overwhelmed in large class sizes. My pace is based entirely on the comfort of the student; we can start slow from a beginners level or fast paced at an intermediate/advanced level. I am also able to teach couples at the same time for partner work and combinations, and/or individual routines and styling. Students should feel free to communicate any of their needs with me, whether it's focusing on one specific technique ... View Profile

Dance Kinesis / Tango Kinesis

Dance Kinesis / Tango Kinesis

I began dancing while in Europe in my early teens. Fast forwarding to the early 1980's, while continuing in the International, I began to study the American syllabi while teaching at theJohn Saionz school in New York. My principle coaches continued to beIrene Donaghey, Peter Eggleton, andVernon Brock. After studying mostly under Armando Martin, I finished the American with Dagmar Jarvel. Like everyone else, I have had many other great coachings along the way, yet I attribute all that I am to these masters.   I have been coaching and judging since completing my adjudicatorship with John Morton  ... Frequently asked questions

How much do dance classes cost?

Whether you need to brush up your dance skills or start from scratch, adult dance lessons will cost you about $50 an hour and higher, depending on the skill of the instructor and type of dance classes.

The average cost of kids' dance classes is anywhere between $40 to $160 per month depending on the instructor's accreditations, the length of the class and how many classes your child takes. Keep in mind some studios also charge a registration fee.

What is a good age to start dance classes?

The best age to start dance classes is three. While most formal dance classes won't accept kids younger than 4 years old, you should be able to find a class just for toddlers that focuses on creative movement, or pre-dance, which means letting toddlers have fun moving to a beat with their friends.
