What is your typical process for working with a new student?
First I look at their physical limitations to see what needs to be improved. Then I evaluate what they need to fix to improve their golf swing. Also like to talk to the client to find out their expectations so I can build a customized plan.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I played Professionally for approximately 10 years. I currently caddy on the PGA Tour and have for the past 23 years. I have played with the best players and been around the best teachers while on tour and have acquired tons of knowledge of the game of golf and its fundamentals.

How did you get started teaching?
I began to play golf at 18 years old. I turned professional about 5 years later and learned to love the game of golf. My love for the game continued to grow. Throughout the years- I have been a go to person for friends and other professional golfers that Ive worked with for guidance. My passion is golf and I love to share that passion with others. Teaching is a natural way to do this.
What types of students have you worked with?
Professional Tour Players (PGA Tour, LPGA Tour, Kornferry Tour) College Players, Young Kids, Junior Golfers, Women and Men.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
June 2020, I was working on the PGA Tour for Will Gordon and helped him finished 3rd place at the Travelers Championship to help him get full status on the PGA tour. He started with no status and in 7 events earned full status for 2021.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Find someone that cares and takes in consideration any physical limitations you may have. A great golf teacher should be able to customize a lesson plan specific for any or all areas you are looking to improve.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
A student should tell a teacher what they are looking to improve and be able to identify their strengths and weaknesses.
