About
Hi my name is Hailey! I love to sing and absolutely love sharing the gift of music with others. I began to sing and write songs when I was very young. As I got older I pursued my passion of music and have developed my voice and song writing abilities with the help of many amazing teachers. I have a Bachelor of Arts in Music with a concentration in vocal performance, and have taken numerous courses in music including Vocal Pedagogy, Singing Diction, Vocal Literature, Music Theory, Music History, Song Writing, and Keyboard Harmony. If you would like to learn proper singing technique, while having fun expressing yourself, please contact me to help you!
I love seeing people work through challenges and achieve what they thought was not possible. I also love helping people open up and free their voices. It is a huge privilege to get to be a part of the process of developing a person's voice.

Orff Level 1 Training
Estil Vocal Training Intensive Levels 1 and 2

I studied vocal pedagogy in college, and was assigned to teach a student during my semster. I fell in love with teaching voice during that semester and have been teaching private lessons ever since.

I have worked with young children, teens, and adults of all ages.
I love all people and enjoy helping them reach their musical goals!
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I recently started with a young extroverted student who repeatedly said, "this is going REALLY well", every time she was able to accomplish something new. I loved her enthusiasm and excitement to get to learn new things.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
I would say, take the time to find a teacher who will care about your progress just as much or more than you do. Someone who has a passion for helping you achieve your goals will work hard to explain concepts to you. They will not give up on you, and will be enthusiastic about all of your achievements.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
How do you think your expirience in tecahing has prepared you to take on a student with my individual needs?
