About

Patient, student-centered instruction to develop every singer's voice. 30 years experience teaching musical theater, classical and other styles with students of all ages. M.M. Vocal Pedagogy from Catholic University of America. Music director for many shows. Can prepare students for competitions, auditions and on-going vocal development

I love to help students access their breath system to make the kind of tone that's right for the style of music they like to perform. Then, to help them discover ways to give that tone the emotional and spiritual fullness to tell the story, is what makes teaching a joy.

I love working with Ms. Steinke because whenever I get the chance to go, it is one of my favorite parts of my day. She always has the best energy and I feel like that energy flows to me whenever I am with her. Ms. Steinke is a truly talented musician and I am glad to have had the opportunity to work with her and get her help.

Was very good with our 14year old son. Provided a great, safe face to face environment in her open garage. Provided song suggestions based on his vocal range and interests.

Stacie is radiant! Her positivity and love of music is infectious. I originally signed on to do a 4 week program with her and months later.. I’m still hooked! It’s my favorite day of the week by far. She’s poured her attention into my practice in a way that exceeded my expectations. Her studio space is bright and inviting. If you are looking for an energetic and meticulous teacher, Stacie is your gal!
