My goal as an instructor is always to put the students needs first and to pour into them as a dancer as much as possible to grow and learn Latin dance. Dance is not only good for your health, but helps to encourage the soul. I am passionate about setting goals and helping my students attain them. I have been dancing and teaching professionally for about 6 years now everywhere in South Florida. I am classically trained, as well as a Casa Salsa certified training instructor in Salsa and Bachata. I own a local dance studio in Sunrise, FL called Casa Salsa Sunrise that is an amazing studio where we have a heart for people and Latin Dance. What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Normally when I receive a new student, I first ask them a couple of questions to see where they are at as a dancer. From there I start training from the ground up and set reasonable goals for our students achieve as we continue our training.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I own a Latin Dance studio called Casa Salsa Sunrise and I have been training in Latin Dance for about 6 years now.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
For private lessons for either an individual or one couple is $85 for one hour. If you would like to purchase a private lesson package, it decreases the hourly rate. I also offer monthly discounts and deals that you can inquire about for private lesson packages.
How did you get started teaching?
I have been dancing since I was three years old. My father has aquired 3 Latin dance studios when I was 16 and I have fallen in love with it since then.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with students of ALL age ranges and also of levels between Beginner to Intermediate.
