I coach from experience, A linebacker for 3 years at The Florida State University where I earned my BS in Exercise Science. I am also a NSCA certified personally trainer. I've been couching and training athletes for the past four years and currently the head varsity football coach for the Tampa Jaguars. Everything! Nothing makes me happier than giving someone the accurate knowledge to unlock their full potential and then seeing them through the journey. Watching the belief in their ability grow! I approach the monitoring aspect of role with all seriousness and actively lead by example. Trying to be the coach I needed when I was younger....

With more than 33 years of experience in Track & Field as a sprinter and long jumper, in Football as a tailback, free safety also punter/kicker and in soccer as a forward I learned to master how to develop skills and techniques most coaches will not see.
