About
I used to play tennis competitively, but I often lost matches because I wasn't confident. After coaching tennis for 9 years, I understood how thoughts like "I'm not good enough; I can't lose to her; what will people think?" affect performance.
So, as the mental side of the game is as important as the physical, I studied to be a mental coach and now help athletes with their mindset. I help them become more confident, stay focused, and reach their full potential.
In sessions, we explore what the athlete is struggling with or wants to improve. I ask questions that help them reflect, shift perspective, and find clarity.
Each session is personalized, but we often work through real competition situations, mental habits, routines, and self-talk. The goal is for the athlete to walk away feeling lighter, more confident, and with a practical tool or insight they can apply immediately — both on and off the court.
