My experience skills and techniques have been learned from some of the greatest trainers for 7 years. I’m Educated In biomechanics in my training which results in safest and most effective form. My facility is on the water with basketball court turf field, weights, high level reaction time training machine, cold tub.

I’m Coach Kori Johnson and I’m a Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner | Certified Personal Trainer | Health Coach at Optimize Health. Utilizing personal training, medical management, and health coaching I specialize in weight loss, muscle definition and nutrition. For the past 5 years, I’ve worked with over 250 clients across South Florida to help them achieve weight loss, muscle definition, gain strength, gain mobility, improve posture, develop health eating habits and goals.
