FAQs

What is your typical process for working with a new student?

I first asses your knowledge and movement ability and understanding while at the same time noteing corrections that may need to be made to get you to desired level or ability.

I also look for a regiment to help maintain and increase strength and flexibility while away from me outside of private lesson.

I over all build your weaknesses so that your strenghts begin to get stronger
