I am a multi-instrumentalist. I teach Piano, Violin, and Clarinet. I teach private lessons as well as group, chamber music. I have also taught in bands and orchestras. Erin fell in love with the violin at age seven under the instruction of Natalie Colbert at E. Rivers Elementary School in Atlanta, GA. She studied violin through high school and college, and received a BA in Communications with a Minor in Music from Georgia State University. After a lifelong study of the violin, Erin began to play the viola as a happy accident. As an undergraduate student in college, Erin’s chamber music group needed a violist to play the Schubert Trout Quintet. Never one to turn down a challenge, Erin jumped right in and never looked back. I specialize in teaching beginning violin, viola and cello to students between the age of 3rd and 5th grade. I also provide the instrument to the student as part of the lesson price, if desired. As well, I especially enjoy teaching students preparing for auditions for orchestras in middle and high school. Hi there! My name is Jealyna and I'm a senior at Berklee College of Music. I've been studying music and performing since I was 3, and I've been teaching for about 5½ years now. Violin is my principal instrument and I've been playing that for 8 years now. My secondary instrument is Voice and although I've been singing since I was two, my professional training only started about 2 years ago. Teaching music is my biggest passion becasue I know I wouldn't be where I am without the amazing music educators that trained me, so this is my way of giving back to the music world.
