I love being able to use my skillset to help others who want to prepare healthier meals, tastier meals or even just quicker meals! Instead of just teaching my students to follow a recipe I teach them the skillset to be more efficient in the kitchen and make cooking fun!
I love seeing my students master a new skill. Once they have learned the basics they are ready to move on to more challenging tasks. There is never a dull moment! When I am not teaching I absolutely love tweaking new recipes and creating new menu items. Cooking is not what I do - it is truly my super power!!!
