Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I usually ask what they typically like to eat. I then coach them on what pantry items they need. A lot of times, people have food restrictions, and if they need a recipe written, I can do the research for them or provide tools for them to do the research themselves. Every class comes with a grocery list and recipe for students to review.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been an ESL teacher and a literacy teacher. I have also taught aphodisiac cooking classes in the past.
