About

I have a plethora of experience from teaching all genres of music from gospel to classical. My services stand out because I teach voice and piano to music majors who desire to major in music or love to perform.

I enjoy the process of all my students because each singer is different. The journey is different and I enjoy the ups and downs of the experience.

I love that my lesson plan is catered specifically to me. Mr. Nate puts a lot of thought and effort into creating a syllabus that will improve and cultivate my voice. I have only been taking lessons with NateMinistries for 7 months and I have made MASSIVE progress! My voice is doing things that I never in a million years thought it could do. I am also learning a lot of gems about singing and the music industry. Nate Ministries keeps pushing the goal post for me and challenges me as a singer who wants to hone her craft.

    Frequently asked questions

The typical process that one should take is discovering in the first couple of weeks the range and breathing techinques of the artist or student. It is important for one to know these things before assigning music that would cater to enhancing the voice resonance and tone without too much tension.

Currently, I am setting lessons at $15 dollars an hour. Depending on each inquiry.

    Details:

Consists of Technique Lessons and Repertoire Lessons for the full hour.

Studying with Dr. Michelle DeBruyn has given me a leg up in the music world with trade secrets in vocal pedagogy. As a singer, I have experience in classical and contemporary techniques.

Firstly, I have performed professionally since I was 16 years old. Music for me started at a very young age. However, as a performer, one is always teaching and learning in the music field. I started teaching at 21 years old in the Columbus Preparatory Division within Columbus State University Schwob School of Music.

I work with a plethora of students from those that just want to learn better techinque to those students and artist embarking upon careers in music.

My lastest gig would be working with Artists at the Taylor Music Group through Universal Music Group Record Label.

Find someone that you can connect with on a vocal and personal level, so that progress takes place when things may not be working right all the time. It is important to find a teacher that is patient.

Any singer or musician please make sure to communicate all concerns. I would ask that you don't waste professionals time. If you are serious about lessons, please communicate everything; even if you decide you don't want to continue, I would like to know, so I can mark your account. I am retired voice teacher, I do this because I'm patient and I want to help those that are serious and passionate.b
