Passing along valuable and useful informations to students and client for better understanding of the food culture and for better preservation of the cuisine that I represent. I had owned and operated 4 restaurants in the course of 14yrs. Been involved in the food industry for over 34 years. I taught in the university at professional level and also conduct class at local cooking school.
Main speciality is Sushi and Asian cuisines. I can also provide other cookings styles as well.
