About this pro

I was the owner of my previous business called Chef Hana. It was a food vending and caterer business that was founded in Hawaii about 4 yrs ago. I sold my food in different events and exhibition like Made in Hawaii,  Honolulu Night Market, Street Grind and many other events in Hawaii.   I was popular in my food world for delivering an authentic delicious Indonesian food. I was also invited as a guest chef to serve Indonesian food at a fine dining restaurant in Honolulu. My returned customers were always pleased with my food and catering services. They called me as a generous caterer.

I have been doing a food business since I was in High School and sold my food in my school to provide my school expenses. When I was in college I had my food vending business in a different location in Jakarta malls and had about 10 employees.

Now I live in Lawrenceville GA. So, instead of selling food, I want to teach people how to cook my delicious Indonesian food. I want to introduce to the world the hidden treasure of Indonesian cuisines. Since Indonesia is an Islander nation and has about more than 300 ethnic groups where every region and every ethnic group has its own unique dishes make Indonesia is rich with its delicious, exotic, unique dishes. You will never run out of the menu to put to your table just from the Indonesian country itself.

Oh, in case you did not know about this. Indonesian dish called “Rendang” is voted as the “World’s Most Delicious Food, by CNN Travel Poll. In Hana Hudson Cooking Class, I am going to teach you how to make these dishes and other dishes that were also voted as the World’s Most Delicious Food. I am not just mastering in Indonesian food, but I also cook Asian food like Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Thai, Vietnamese, Philippine, India, Arabian, Hawaiian, American, and Italian etc.

I only choose the best of the best from each country, dishes that you will find sold in a restaurant so that you can cook and eat them at home made from your kitchen. Basically, when you join the Hana Hudson Cooking Class, you will bring restaurants to your home and save money from eating out.

In my class you will feel like you are in a cooking party or some kind like in a family reunion because we are going to cook together, eat together, talk story, laugh together, or maybe we will cry together, making friends, networking and grow together. I guarantee you, this is a rare cooking class experience that you ever discover. Hana Hudson is a uniquely gifted cooking instructor. I am blessed with many gifts. I am a Singer, Song Writer, Musician, Certified Coach, Motivational Speaker, Leadership Trainer, Writer, Preacher, and Entrepreneur. All of these gifts will enrich your cooking class experience because my goal is when you go home, you will be inspired by something that will make you become a better person than today. Hana Hudson Cooking Class is more than just a cooking class. It’s an Inspirational Cooking Class. And I hope you can have the opportunity to experience my cooking class session. Because this class is seasonal. I might be busy traveling for my album or doing coaching.

I can keep on and on talking on why should you join Hana Hudson Cooking Class or need my cooking coaching. Space is very limited. I can only do a cooking class twice a week and only 10 people/class. It’s like a mastermind class.

So, sign up and reserve your space as soon as possible and I can’t wait to see you at my cooking class.  Sign up on email, Facebook page message and we will send you the schedule and the menu.

Happy Cooking and God Bless You!
