Nette Casting & Staffing
About
Nette Casting is an Alliance of Creators. It's a place you can learn, create, teach, collaborate, grow, have fun and eventually begin booking jobs. Our modo is, "Catch them and let them grow", so even in the instances that you GROW beyond our capacity, we have several associates that we can refer you to, when it's time to leave the net (winks) and GROW on to the next.
"It was ALL a Dream..."
From a passion of performing arts & people, our founder birthed Nette Casting. A talent herself at the time; a few years before GA became 'Hollywood South', Nette and a few diamonds in the rough, found themselves exerting maximum effort with speratic equal return. This small group of creatives, would run into each other at casting and model calls; some legit some total scams. Nette, having started here journey in the industry at age 4, had some good insight on key elements to identity legit from fraud within 3 major questions, the first 3 min of conversation or 3 presentational fundamentals. She shared these things with the group and they would discuss and share success and horror stories, all of which compelled Nette to take ACTION on a dream she'she'd had since her agency back in Denver, Co. closed their doors: to start her own Talent Agency or Casting Company, and create the same quality level experience she had throughout the years.
With that Nette asked one question, "What's the best way to filter the fluffirst and bypass the bull without wasting any resources, time, and effort?" There she arrived at Casting Co over agency. This route will require any project looking to book any talent, to surrender ALL NECESSARY infomation, within the initial communication. Eliminating any extended effort to arrive at the same place for her and the group.
IT WORKED! Almost immediately, we were getting better quality opportunities, booking solid gigs and putting more time and effort towards doing the preperation work with our instruments. This alleviated so much stress and so many, "Will you believe what just happened..." conversations within the group. It ended up blossoming well beyond its initial intent, in which pulled Nette more behind the scene than on screen and the journey continues to get better.
There is such a joy & fulfillment in seeing DREAMS LIVE and not Die in the pit of self-destruction or doubt. It is so rewarding to be allowed into one's dream and to contribute to the fruition of its reality.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Extremely fond of a recent event in which actors were casted as bartenders at a live, interactive food & beverage event. They were absolutely fantastic, and they really put the icing on the cake and be a me the event favorites by the completion of the event.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Be willing to turn ANY 'L' (loss) into a LESSON. Have an OBJECTIVE for every phase of this journey. Consider and assure YOURSELF that the objective aligns with the END GOAL. Develop a few questions to pinpoint whether or not that teacher can contribute to the the objective or IMPACT some leven of NEED that works toward the objective. Marinate, meditate or pray (which ever you prefer) on it, and GO BOLDLY.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
They should always consider their end goal, their TRUE LEVEL OF COMMITMENT, and their ability or willingness to take no and FIGHT through the process of transforming NO into YES.
