What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Greet the new student and sit down for a few minutes to discover the student's goals and comfort level. After that, start with simple steps and work from there to reach the student's goals.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our instructors are well trained and have many years' experience.
