William Vazquez a.k.a Coach V has over 20 years experience coaching & playing competitive tennis. He is certified with the PTR (Professional Tennis Registry), MTM (Modern Tennis Method), and USTA (United States Tennis Association) serving the greater Atlanta area. As an active member of the USTA he is a highly ranked competitive player in USTA Southern and USTA Eastern regions. Coach V serves on the board of the Atlanta Youth Tennis & Education Foundation.
Coach V offers a holistic approach to tennis instruction. The Holistic Method not only addresses the physical aspects of tennis play but improves the psychological component as well. This approach allows for a fast and simple way to learn tennis and enhance performance while making it an enjoyable experience.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I like to interview parents and kids to determine what the goals are.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been training in tennis since i was 14 years old. I am professional certified with the PTR. ( Professional Tennis Registry )
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Private lesson my location: 1 hour=$65, 5 hours=$260
Private lesson Travel to your location: 1 hour=$75, 5 hours=$300
Group Drills/Practice kids, $100 for Six 1 hour sessions
Adult Groups = Six 1.5 hour for $130
How did you get started teaching?
As a Junior I need money to play tennis tournaments. So I work for a Non-profit tennis organization in NYC that allowed me to teach tennis to underserved inner city kids like myself.
What types of students have you worked with?
I work with all Levels of play, Skill, and Ages.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
My Student who just turned 11 years old is working hard into becoming a Pro Tennis player on the WTA.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Ask Qustions.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
What do you want to do with your tennis? This is my first question I ask.
