About this pro

I am very passionate about teaching dance the proper way to execute correct movements. I enjoy teaching dancers to perform and not only dance but find themselves in what they love to do! I believe proper vocal technique and training goes a long way. I am here to help vocal lessons be informative as well as enjoyable!

I have several professional credits in musical theatre shows and work closely with my dance professor at school. I have my degree in Musical Theatre and served as the dance captain/assistant Choregrapher and Choreographer for the past productions and showcases. I also serve as a teaching assistant for all dance classes at the university and co captain of the Dance Company. I teach workshops, mock dance calls, choreography workshops, and private classes.

I do have a fitness background and have been teaching group fitness for 3 years. I also have experience with personal training. I like to add components of conditioning for my dance clients!

I specifically teach ballet, jazz, musical theatre, and tap for the basic and intermediate dancer!
As for voice, I teach all styles; my fortay is musical theatre but pop, country, classical, and jazz are in my wheelhouse.

I enjoy teaching and improving dance training, voice training & performance quality.
I like to create an environment that suits YOUR needs. Whether it be improving at a professional level or a fun basic level.

I enjoy helping those who need guidance with losing weight and keeping to a consistent healthy routine through my personal training.

Eleni isn’t just my personal trainer, she’s my best friend. Going into this, I had no idea what direction I was going in, Eleni took the reigns and showed me just who I want to be. She’s helped me get out of my comfort zone in all areas, she’s boosted my self esteem and confidence levels in just a month. Eleni showed me everything I’m capable of in such a short amount of time. She has such a passion for each and every single one of her clients, she’s dedicated to helping them achieve all of their goals, big or small. Eleni has saved my life for many reasons and I can’t thank her enough for all she does! She is the last to judge, but the first to teach!

Eleni was so hands on throughout my entire training program and kept making sure that it was working to meet my goals. She ended up exceeding my expectations and my goals! I did an 8 week program and it flew by because the workouts never got old. There are so many opportunities to keep leveling up your workouts each day. I have learned and changed so much due to this program, all thanks to Eleni!! I recommend her programs to anyone at any level of fitness.

How did you get started teaching?

I started teaching at a summer day camp in the summers before college. I enjoyed teaching a range of children and have a passion for teaching dance and voice. Once my college career started I found that my passion for teaching and creating grew. I began teaching dance and voice on the side throughout my college career alongside studying to be a fitness coach!

What types of students have you worked with?

I have worked with 3yr-14yr as a dance instructor for a summer day camp. As of recently I have been teaching the college age students for 3 years.

Currently I have students ranging from 5-35 years old.

I teach all styles, all levels and all ages!

For personal training I do ask you be over 18 years old!

Describe a recent event you are fond of.

I am particularly fond of the underclassman showcase that I directed and choreographed in the Spring of 2019. I worked with these students since January teaching them challenging choreography that pushed them to better improve their dance ability. The showcase went incredibly well and the audience loved the choreography. People are still talking about it!

I am also proud of the online fitness coaching business I recently built on Instagram. @EleniEliteFitness. The pandemic has been very hard fo performers right now so I like to think that I have made the best of my situation! I am super happy to have taken the time to build my fitness business as well as my dance/voice business!

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
