Hello, my name is Eric Lontag, for the past year, I've been living in Europe. I was stationed in Germany. A beautiful country with rich cuisine and an endless supply of beer. My weight escalated to more than 363 lbs. Several years ago, I was a muscled tone wielding machine of 170 lbs.
