Holly is super knowledgeable about how the body works. She gives exercises that work multiple groups of muscles which I feel like is a more comprehensive workout. And, she is an amazing massage therapist on top of being an excellent trainer. I've had trigger point, neuromuscular, and Thai massage with Holly. She's so intuitive, she can tell what's going on and where your aches and pains are as as soon as she starts with the bodywork. I definitely recommend her as I've been going to her for years!

Training with Riley changed the way I looked at fitness. She has made it enjoyable and fun all while seeing results. She cares about you seeing results just as much as you do and makes adjustments when needed. Your health and safety comes first, whenever something starts to hurt she will modify or change the exercise you were doing in order to listen to your body.
