Ms. Carter is a Nationally Certified Teacher of Music in Piano (NCTM) through the Music Teachers National Association (MTNA) based out of Cincinnati, Ohio. Her style is described as "warm, outgoing, engaging, enthusiastic." Ms. Carter has held numerous positions in pedagogical professional organizations.
