He's experienced in many facets of training student athletes. His team has been very active with the development of young men and young women in basketball, football, track, and other sports.
Due to their dedication and knowledge of strength training, agility challenges, and their coaching of different skills, I've seen first hand how many of their young athletes have progressed and became better leaders and Athletes. With their traing, MANY have gone to D1 colleges. Make No mistake about it, Turner Performance Academy also require the kids to make the classroom with #1 priority. They really demand that the young athletes be top notch students with the grades, great attitudes, and maintain being positive people in the community. I recommend this program to anyone seeking true results.

Katy always created excellent, high reaching work outs - between HIT and an intention on building core muscle groups she kept our workouts focused, fun and always worth the time invested. Raven is a FANTASTIC trainer! I was never an athlete growing up so I had no idea how to workout. About 7 years ago I had an injury that caused a bulging disc in my spine and after 4 years of chiropractic care to manage the pain I finally decided to have surgery. The surgeon recommended that I start working out and that's how I stumbled upon Raven. His background in kinesiology gave me confidence that he was going to teach me how to workout in a way that wouldn't make my injury worse, and it's one of the best decisions I've ever made. The first thing we did was talk about what my goals were. Based on that he tailored our sessions to fit. After just 3 weeks of working with him I was already feeling the benefits -- I was stronger and more importantly I wasn't in as much pain! He's has tons of great knowledge and his teaching style is just amazing. He knows exactly when to push you without being a drill sergeant, and he knows exactly when to give you a break and tell you an interesting story to distract you. He's patient and is willing to explain how/why an exercise works an area of your body. And if you're like me and certain exercises just hurt too much to do because of injury, he's quick to think of an alternative that will give you the same benefit without the pain. If you're serious about getting in shape hire Raven!
