Hi I’m Jimmy, I’ve been coaching baseball for kids from ages 3 ( T-Ball) to currently coaching 10-12 Pony League, which is the first official year of base stealing, leading off, and regulation mound distance. Twenty years plus I have trained baseball and softball athletes. Mostly between 12 and 16 u levels. Specializing in training and developing hitting skills. There is a lot of moving parts in developing an average hitter into a good hitter, good hitting into a elite hitter. The athlete must understand the core basics of hitting. SET, LOAD, SWING MECHANICS, BALANCE AND FINISH. Then the secret becomes communicating with the athlete on how to apply the basic mechanics to his or her approach to hitting. Data driven baseball instruction with an emphasis on power and speed development

We offer strength and conditioning classes as well as one on one private sports instruction. I like being able to see the growth from session one and beyond. I always do baseline testing at the beginning so my athletes can also see how they are progressing.
