With over 30 partners in residence and classes ranging from Afro-fusion, American Tap, Zumba, Bollywood, Modern, Jazz Funk, Hip Hop and Capoeira, the American Rhythm Center is one of the Chicago's most diverse dance centers. Located on the third floor of the beautiful Fine Arts Building, the ARC offers classes seven days a week for students from 2 years old to 82 years young.
ARC offers discounts for students, seniors, professional dancers and veterans, making your dance training or experience not only excellent, but affordable. Look for additional special discounts throughout the year and our All-4-One events that offer $1.00 public classes for an entire week!
The ARC offers diverse, high-quality dance and wellness / fitness classes to the general public while centralizing the education programs, rehearsal space and administrative offices of several small and mid-sized dance companies, as well as emerging companies and independent artists.
