Established in 2013, Kafolike School of Percussion is a reputable non-profit organization based in Chicago, Illinois. The school, founded by Sekou Tepaka Lunda Conde, is dedicated to teaching traditional West African drumming of the Mande people. Known for its cultural curriculum, the school is focused on the preservation of the musical culture of the djembe orchestra of Mali and Guinea West Africa. It boasts a rich legacy of producing knowledgeable and well-rounded djembe and dundun players, both adults and children.
