I started training because I was very self conscious with my fitness abilities, and overall health. I Wanted a personal approach to improving my fitness abilities, and to become better in gym class (4th grade.) I feel that I am a lot stronger since I first started. Not only stronger, but it’s built my self esteem much higher than it was when I began training. I continue to work with Marcus because I feel that I still need more improvement, and I know that this is a good way to do it.

Katy always created excellent, high reaching work outs - between HIT and an intention on building core muscle groups she kept our workouts focused, fun and always worth the time invested. I never left a work out thinking I should have spent my time differently. She will push you to be your strongest you. Highly recommend her as a fitness coach!

I love Sisterhood, and the fact that the atmosphere is very inviting.. They make you feel that your presence is important.. With the workouts being challenging, everyone helps out when needed and everyone is held accountable when completing task, which is very motivating to keep going... The spiritual side of it is awesome and is very much needed for completing the mind, body, and soul. I travel to be in person, and it’s very worth it☺️..

Alisa is the best yoga instructor I’ve ever taken a class with. She brings a ton of positivity and excitement into the practice. She always has suggestions on how to do a pose that works for you, I am not the most flexible but she always found a way to help make things work. After every class I would walk away in a state of zen with a huge smile on my face. Alisa has so much to offer as she truly cares about all of her students and helping them achieve their goals both physically and spiritually. I can honestly say she makes showing up to do yoga everyday very enjoyable. If you have the chance to take a class with her I highly recommend you do as I guarantee she will quickly become your favorite go to instructor. An abundance of smiles, laughs, spiritual growth, and increased flexibility await =]
