About
There are a lot of improv schools in Chicago but very few teach the Storytelling style of Improv of Keith Johnstone.
If you want to become a master storyteller, if you want to be quicker on your feet and be able to craft both short and long scenes, you need absolutely need to know this style of Improv.
If you want to stand out in a city with so many great improvisers, Stage Heroes is the school that will give you an edge on everybody else.
I absolutely love teaching improv.
First, because I'm very good at it.
I have been doing that for 8 years in Europe, Asia and now in America. I have developed a "method improviser" curriculum based on Keith Johnstone teaching, completed by Del Close style of improv and rooted in the Stanislavski System of acting.
And you know what? It works wonders. It's fast and efficient. In just a few months, you can already perform on stage and even create your own show.
Second, I love my workd because there is nothing more satisfying than seeing a student evolve, unravel his/her potential, discover the treasures hidden inside of his/her mind and body, and then finally go on stage to shine for an entire night.
This craft will not just teach you how to act, create scenes and be funny on stage. It will transform you entirely, give you a new point of view on the world. It will be the wind in your sails throughout your artistic journey.
All my students have been deeply transformed by these courses. And I can't wait to see you experience it!

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
On the first minutes of the first class, my goal is to teach you how to make the most of the course. Which means that I:
- make sure you are committed mentally, physically and intuitively
- create a safe space where the students can trust each other
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been an actor and an improviser for 10 years and a teacher for 8 years. I have worked with many theatre schools and have a unique, proven method to learn the 3 styles of improvisation theatre.
My training includes Keith Johnstone system of Improv, Second City training, Jimmy Carrane workshops and many more (commedia dell'arte, Stanislavki System, Lee Strasberg Method Acting, Meyerhold biomechanics,...)
