Greetings I am a certified yoga instructor, a yoga therapist, personal trainer, and zumba instructor. I also have a Master of Science in education in physical education. I love all things health, wellness, and fitness. My work allows me to help individuals on their health, and wellness journey. I continue to educate myself to be of service to my clients.
