I can coach all ages, Adults, Children, Elderly. I can teach all skill levels from beginners, to professionals. I have 17 years of MMA/Boxing/MuayThai experience. I just enjoy helping people get better in martial arts. I teach my clients how to build confidence, self esteem, hard work, discipline, accountability, and how to overcome adversity. I really enjoy seeing them get better as we progress.

We are sports performance gym that focuses on functional exercises and recovery. We love to see athletes go and do great things whether it's playing sports in college or going pro. We also love to see our every day clientele reach their goals weather its weight loss,toning up, gaining muscle or just becoming more healthy in general.

Leslie has been coaching for over 7 years to empower others to build mental and physical resilience. Working in group fitness, education, physical therapy, and individualized movement and nutrition coaching has allowed her to work with all ages.
