What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We have many foreign languages on offer. When available, why not schedule a time and sit in on an hour class. Seeing is believing, right?
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Giancarlo Di Mizio, Jr. oversees our entire langauge learning department. He has over 15 years of language learning experience and a native Italian. This dude knows language.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Our prices are easy to understand. $395 for a group class and $65 per class hour of private study. Private Lessons are available in discounted packages. The more you buy, the more you save.
How did you get started teaching?
Arrange a time with us to sit in on an hour of class. If you feel it's for you, join us!
What types of students have you worked with?
We work with all types of students. Persons wishing to travel, business seekers that have accounts or responsibilities abroad, personal fullfillment seekers all the way to beginners.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Be sure that the teacher doesn't just talk ABOUT your language in English. This teacher needs to get you speaking and needs to push you to do work outside of class so that you come to call ready to work.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
How much time do I have to dedicate to this?
What is my goal? General Fluency or do I just need to have survival skills?
Why am I doing this? Do I have a need or passion?
Are my goals realistic? Can I dedicate all of my free-time the next 6 months to making measurable progress?
