Hello there my name is George. I myself, my 2 boys 10 and 11 are all products of my intense conditioning and training. I believe that conditioning your body to with stand any physical contact and loss of wind plays a major part in any sport you play. My kids have made the allstar teams for baseball and basketball for the last 5 years running, player of the league and 6th man award playing on the the same team together for both sports every year. 1 major reason they are able to out beat their opponents is by being in better physical shape.
