The most rewarding part of teaching dance for me is watching the growth of my students. For me explaining the motivation behind a particular movement and seeing that ah ha look on the student's face is priceless. For me dance is one of the few teaching professions where you can see the result the progress of your students almost instantly.

I think that what sets apart is that we not only teach the vocabulary, and the "steps" we focus on the machanics behind the movement, or motivation for the muscle's movement.
