I am a certified elementary teacher. I have a Reading Endorsement and am currently working on a Master in Deaf Education. I have experience teaching students in grades K-5 as well as Preschool. My passion is to guide students in their endeavor to understand and properly use language and communication.

I have taught Tai Chi for several years. Many of my students are people who have Parkinson's Disease. Many aren't. Either way, I believe in meeting people where they are: Whether they are a complete beginner or if they have physical challenges, we can make it work. I really enjoy finding out who my students are as people and watching them progress in their skills.
