I have taught Tai Chi for several years. Many of my students are people who have Parkinson's Disease. Many aren't. Either way, I believe in meeting people where they are: Whether they are a complete beginner or if they have physical challenges, we can make it work. I really enjoy finding out who my students are as people and watching them progress in their skills.
