I have 4 years of high school tennis coaching experience. I played tennis in high school and have over 20 years of experience within the local tennis scene.
I am a certified USTA coach listed on Net Generation. I have been certified since 2018.
I have been playing and instructing pickleball since 2025. I can help with beginning and intermediate pickleball players with rules and skills.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I like to learn what experience each player has. I also want to know things that you want to learn and work on to improve as a player. I then develop a plan to help you improve as a player.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been playing tennis since 2000 and coaching since 2008. I am United States Tennis Association certified coach.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
I normally charge $30 per hour for individual lessons. I charge $20 per person up to 4 players per lesson.
How did you get started teaching?
I enjoyed playing tennis in high school and was becoming a teacher and started coaching at my alma mater.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with elementary students all the way up to adults. I have worked with beginning and intermediate players.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Find an instructor that you feel comfortable with and that will help you in the areas you want to focus on as a player.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
What do I want to learn and get better at? What is my purpose for wanting to take lessons? Am I wanting to just learn how to play to play for fun and socially? Am I wanting to learn to join competitions?
