About
I'm an Actor and Acting Teacher. Iv been Acting since the age of 5 and doing it professionally since the age of 10. Iv acted for Disney Channel and Fox. Preforming on stage as well as screen. I offer a very intimate setting to tone down any nerves that my clients may have. Experimental Technique is my speciality. Utilizing sensory details in order to improve your acting. I am familiar with Meisner technique and I studied at the Stella Adler conservatory in Los Angeles. As well as New York and I have taking voice lessons and mentored under Glenn Holtzer. All of these techniques that I have learned in my 25 years I will be bringing to you
It's the best! Acting is something you either enjoy or you don't. Once you are bitten by the acting bug it's almost like a drug. To me any other profession seems unbearable. Acting is an enigmatic and amazing thing. You can be something you have always wanted to be and portray they truth of that character. My favorite part of acting is there is no wrong way to do it. Odds are if you feel like you are telling the truth and not focusing on an end result your doing it correctly.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I will spend the first lesson typically 45 min essentially assessing my clients ability and range. I will ask the client what they are looking for e.g. if you have an audition coming up or your preparing for a roll. Then we work together to find out where we go from there.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
20 years of experience in my line of work. Studying at the Stella Adler School in LA. Working along side Glen Holtzer as a voice coach. I mainstream my own techniques such as sensory acting techniques and techniques to lower tension for an audition or part. I also work with my clients on screen acting which I have studied in New York
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
$30 for half hour and $50 for an hour. I prefer if you contact me directly on my cell 5027164932
How did you get started teaching?
I got started teaching acting to some of my peers and colleges in Los Angeles. I then moved to New York where I was a teacher of Drama and Voice Acting
What types of students have you worked with?
All kinds from 9 and above. Acting is a passion that I believe anyone should be able to express. You are never to young to learn or to old to try.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I recently helped a young man that I was teaching prepare himself for an audition in which his character had to speak to his dead father. This young man had actually lost his father two years ago and was extremely nervous at the idea of playing a character so close to home. We were able to work through the scene together and show ways he could express this character and keep it far from his own experience while still diving into the truth and meaning of the character and scene.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
I would hire a teacher for acting that would make you very comfortable. This teacher must also be knowledgeable and a good fit for you. There are only a limited number of techniques no matter what anyone says that someone can teach you in acting. Getting to those techniques requires an Amount of comfort and confidence that I am willing to teach and be available for.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Do I really want to do this? Am I serious about this or have I just considered it to be a fun idea? What separates me from someone else? Do my flaws have something that can give me an advantage over someone else? Most of all, where does my Dr. come from and who do I show my passion to?
