About
My experience and broad musical knowledge allow me to be adaptable to any student's needs. I have a classical guitar/piano background which offers deep insight into any technical quandaries that students confront. Alongside this, I draw on my experience with numerous musical styles and rigorous training at the Master's level to help teach students any style of guitar they're interested in.
There's nothing more rewarding than seeing students of all ages achieve the goals they've worked so hard towards, and I feel privileged to have helped them toward that growth.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I believe it's important as a private instructor to get to know my students. This means getting to know their musical tastes and goals as well as their personality and interests outside of music. Everybody learns different, and knowing more about my students helps to prepare tailored lessons that are both enjoyable and upbuilding.

What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with students of all ages, levels, and styles of music.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I recently led an improvisation workshop aimed toward beginners (ages 8 and up) on many different instruments. The students had a great time, learned a lot, and I had a fun time working with everyone.
